Situated in the midle of the town a very quiet and natural place, Once of the last places surrounded with pine trees, you can indulge in a tranquil and serene atmosphere all of them with pool view and spacious terrace; sun during the day.; 5 minutes from center of Cala D'Or and 250 mts to the sandy beaches of Cala Esmeralda and Cala Gran. Public Parking in front of the appartaments; supermarket at 300m; public bus stop 750 m. Close to most of the popular sandy beaches of the district, Porto Petro’s Port and golf course, as well as banks, shops and restaurants. The nearest cities are Santanyi, Cala Egos, Porto Petro, S'Horta, Cas Concos, Alquería Blanca, Porto Colom ... 2-bedroom apartment (approx. 55 m²): ground floor right at the pool terrace or top floor with roof terrace. For 4-5 pax, 4 in 2 bedrooms with 2 single beds and 1 bed extra in living room; Bath/WC All of them with dining and livingroom; kitchenette with gas cooker/oven, Koffee machine, kettle; toaster; Sat.-TV, telephone; safe deposit box available for rent, Central Heating, microwave. The complex Osa Menor is situated ideally close to the centre of Cala d'Or where one can enjoy the many shops, bars and restaurants. Near Cala d'Or one can make excursions to many touristic attractions like the Coves of Drach, one of the waterparks or the capital Palma de Mallorca. For those whom like to ride bike or making long walks; about 5 minutes drive from Cala d'Or is a natural park "Cala Mondrago". Cala d'Or has a luxurious marina with many yachts and fancy restaurants. The town has a lively centre with shops, restaurants and bars. Close to Cala d'Or is a Golf Course called Vall d'Or.Towell change once a week
