The property has been built in a typical Balearic style, providing an authentic Majorcan experience. Relax in the sunshine on a sun lounger before diving into the large outdoor swimming pool. You can also enjoy a cool drink beside the pool from the outdoor bar. Refreshing drinks are also available in the lounge bar. The property is surrounded by Cala d’Or – one of Majorca’s most popular seaside and water sports resorts. From here, you can easily enjoy all that this beautiful island has to offer. By Car: -Once you have passed Palma, take the 3rd exit at the roundabout signposted MA-19. -Head down this road towards ‘Aeroport, Santanyí, PM-19, Platja de Palma’. -You will pass by S’Arenal and Llucmajor. -Continue along the PM-19 through Campos, Santanyí and once in S'Alquería Blanca join the MA-4012 and follow the signs until you reach Cala d'Or.

Cancellation Policy: If cancelled up to 2 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged. If cancelled later, the first night will be charged. In case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged. Children and Extra Bed Policy: All children are welcome. All children under 2 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding. All children under 2 years are charged EUR 2.50 per night and person for cots. Extra beds are not available. Maximum capacity of babycots in a room is 2. Deposit Policy: No deposit will be charged. VAT and city/tourist taxes: 8 % VAT is included. Service charge is not applicable. City/tourist tax is not applicable. Internet: Internet via modem is available in public areas and costs EUR 3.00 per hour. Meal Plan: Breakfast costs EUR 12.00 per person per night.
